Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At JK OIL MILL we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms related to returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.
Return & Replacement Policy
Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof of the issue.
Once the issue is verified and approved, a replacement will be arranged within 3–5 business days, subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of a prepaid order cancellation before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for:
Orders cancelled before dispatch
Approved return cases where replacement is not possible
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet) within 7 to 8 business days from the date of approval.
In case of any delay beyond this period, please contact your payment provider or bank for further assistance.
Important Notes
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return or replacement.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not comply with the above conditions.
